Ordering

Use the  contact us form to request a formal quote document, with payment details. We prefer bank transfer, or can accept cheques, money orders, or credit card through Paypal (Paypal fees will be added to the cost of the bike).

Delivery of your bike will commence as soon as payment is cleared.

Delivery and assembly

The cargo bike is delivered requiring some assembly and adjustment by a skilled bicycle mechanic. We recommend you engage the services of your local bike shop to carry out this work. We can approach a shop at your request, or provide a letter of introduction to assist you in arranging delivery and assembly at your local shop.
