Delivery is FREE to Brisbane, Sydney, Canberra, Melbourne and Adelaide.
We can deliver to any other city or town in Australia, but a surcharge may apply. Contact us for a quote.
Delivery terms and conditions
Due to the size of the cargo bike, we use a commercial freight company for delivery rather than a retail courier. As such, there are some conditions that must be met to allow delivery.
- Delivery address must be attended during business hours. Exact time of delivery can not be guaranteed.
- Delivery address must be accessible by a medium sized truck. Narrow alleyways and home unit complexes are not suitable.
- Recipient must be capable of receiving delivery of large cartons. High-rise office blocks and apartments are not suitable.
If delivery is attempted and can not be completed, additional costs will be incurred, which will be passed on to the customer.
To avoid delivery problems, Cargo Cycles suggests having your cargo bike delivered to your local bike shop. This will also allow your shop to professionally assemble and adjust your bike (at a reasonable workshop rate). It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements with their shop in advance. Cargo Cycles can provide a letter of introduction on request.
